We are only two hours from all of Scotland's major cities and can be reached by road, rail or air.
Road
Travel north from Perth on the main A9 towards Inverness and take the exit for Aviemore. Follow signs for Aviemore, and go straight throught the first roundabout, continue through Aviemore and take the left turn opposite M&S into Macdonald Aviemore Resort. Continue up the hill and turn left and then left again.
Hassle Free Parking
We have a complimentary car park right outside the entrance to the hotel including dedicated parking bays for buses and coaches.
Rail
Aviemore train station is located on the main road in Aviemore just a few minutes' walk from the hotel. From the train station you can see The Strathspey Hotel (tall building on the other side of the road). Cross the road and take the entrance into Macdonald Aviemore Resort. Continue up the hill and turn left and then first left again.
Air
If you are arriving at any of Scotland's airports, arrangements can be made to transport guests to the hotel by car or coach.
